Resilience First issues first part of Operational Resilience Guide on Learnings from the Pandemic

Resilience First is developing a series of documents looking to capture operational resilience lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic. The first part of the series is now available and is entitled Preparation. The series title is ‘Operational Resilience Guide on Learnings from the Pandemic’ and seeks to provide a practical resource offering the foresight necessary for better preparations.
Preparation comprises four sections: Vision & Values, Leadership & Governance, Planning & Foresight, and Strategy & Information. As a case study it takes a detailed look at one Resilience First member, CIS Security.
The second part of the guide, on People, will be launched in October with the remaining sections on Place, Process and Performance to be released in the coming months.
