ServiceNow has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Fairchild Resiliency Systems, a business continuity software provider headquartered in Boston, US.
ServiceNow states that, with Fairchild, the company plans to extend its Risk portfolio by bringing together Fairchild’s business continuity capabilities with ServiceNow’s operational, vendor and IT risk management capabilities.
Fairchild’s BCM solution currently integrates with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and Integrated Risk Management.
ServiceNow expects to complete the acquisition by the end of Q4 2019.
