The latest business continuity news from around the world

Take part in a survey looking at ‘Business Involvement in Disaster Management’

A global survey is currently being conducted by Risk Frontiers in conjunction with the Bushfire and Natural Hazards Cooperative Research Centre and Macquarie University as part of a project involving Australian emergency management agencies.

Entitled ‘Business Involvement in Disaster Management’, the purpose of the survey is to identify the extent to which businesses are involved or planning to be involved in disaster management activities to support the wider community. The survey also includes some questions about business continuity. The results of the survey will assist government organizations to enhance partnerships with the business sector to better prepare for major to catastrophic disasters and enhance resilience.

Risk Frontiers is inviting Continuity Central readers to take part in the survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/catbussbc

A summary of the results will be published by Continuity Central.
