Consultation process starts for NFPA 1600 2022 edition

The US NFPA has announced that public input is now being accepted for the 2022 edition of the NFPA 1600, Standard on Continuity, Emergency, and Crisis Management. This initial public consultation will run until January 9th 2020 and a first draft of the new edition will be published on September 10th 2020.

The 2019 edition of NFPA 1600 can be obtained free of charge from after registration. The standard 'provides the fundamental criteria for preparedness and resiliency, including the planning, implementation, execution, assessment, and maintenance of programs for prevention, mitigation, response, continuity and recovery'.
