The First Line of Defence (1LoD) Operational Resilience & Continuity team works alongside various LSEG divisions as well as functions (technology, cyber, data, facilities, people) to provide analysis, support expertise and oversee all areas of the organisation to ensure that all elements of Programme resilience requirements (Business Continuity and Important Business Services) are delivered globally in line with regulatory and internal policy expectations. This is a key role to the organisation – helping to drive resilience expectations and delivery across the firm.
Reporting to the Group Head of Operational Resilience, the Operational Resilience Manager will support the delivery of the Group led Operational Resiliency agenda, and specifically support the ongoing development of the Groupwide Operational Resilience framework and standards / controls to ensure a consistent approach to execution across the firm.
This role will be required to provide their operational resilience expertise to help evolve and mature the framework, develop and embed the Groupwide governance for Operational Resilience and contribute to the creation and implementation of Groupwide reporting capabilities.
This role will partner with the others across the Group Operational Resilience team to liaise and support the Divisions and Functions across the firm to deliver to policy requirements, as well as challenge on potential resilience risks and issues that may require remediation.
The role may also be responsible for oversight and ensured delivery of key other risk reduction strategic objectives and projects within COO.
