IBM Cloud is seeking a motivated Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Leader who will be responsible for leading the strategic development, enhancement and maintenance of Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery practice.

Job role

  • Planning, delivery and execution of the Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery program managing Risks and Controls fort the pillar/domain.
  • Providing delivery and operational leadership support to the Cloud BC/DR Team.
  • Ensure technical and security compliance with BC/DR requirements for the services in the IBM Cloud Catalog.
  • Coordinate the response during major business disruptions requiring invocation of BC/DR scenarios and perform post-mortem / after-action reviews.
  • Executive monitoring and reporting of compliance with Business Continuity and IT DR Standards
  • Manage and coordinate responses to internal and external audits.
