Business Resilience and Continuity Consultant

Location: US, MO, St Louis or NC, Charlotte

Reporting to the head of Public Affairs Resiliency, these newly created positions will implement Business Continuity Plans for the functional groups within Public Affairs. Additionally, this individual will test processes and procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and implement efficiencies. Preference is for these positions to sit in Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, MO. Other locations may be considered. The Wells Fargo job code title is Business Support Consultant 2.

Job role

  • Implement resiliency strategies for business continuity, incident management and response planning
  • Test processes and procedures to minimize the likelihood of a disruptive incident
  • Test strategies to evaluate disruptive events and effectiveness of policies and procedures
  • Assist with reporting capabilities to track and measure potential scenarios and outcomes
  • Develop safeguards to ensure resiliency plans are up-to-date and reflective of business requirements
  • Monitor alerts/notifications to understand customer, team member as well as business impact
  • Partner with key stakeholders in the functional group to address issues or control weaknesses
  • Offer insights and influence decision-making based on risk or reputational matters
