IX Europe plc to trade on AIM
IX Europe has published an AIM Admission Document for its flotation on the London Stock Exchange.  The Company is raising £10 million through an institutional placing at 22p which values IXEurope at a market capitalisation of approximately £38 million.  The Placing has been underwritten by Investec and trading in IXEurope shares is expected to begin on Friday 7 April.

Shadow-Planner 3.5 released
Office-Shadow has announced the release of version 3.5 of its business continuity software tool, Shadow-Planner. "We have never had an upgrade as fundamental as this", says Simon Maddox, Office-Shadow CTO. "The most radical improvement is what we call ‘Perspectives’ technology. Quite simply it allows users to 'slice and dice' their plans and procedures to exactly suit their organisation - no matter how large or complex."
