Implementing Business Continuity from Strategy to Reality

3-day workshop, 12th-14th January, SUNTEC Singapore.

This training course takes people who are new to business continuity through to a position where they will be able to:

* Apply a phased approach to developing and implementing a business continuity plan
* Be able to identify their organisation’s exposure to disaster risks and develop effective means to mitigate these risks
* Understand the issues and difficulties in developing and implementing a recovery plan.

The first two days of the course provide an extensive coverage of the basics of BCM, with concepts reinforced through video clips and case studies. The third day provides participants with valuable experience by putting them through a hands-on and interactive disaster simulation exercise.
