EMC inducted into Contingency Planning & Management magazine’s 'Hall of Fame'

Contingency Planning & Management (CPM) magazine has announced that EMC Corporation has been inducted into the CPM Hall of Fame for EMC's significant contribution to the business continuity industry. EMC is the first storage company to receive this honour.

The CPM Hall of Fame was instituted in 1998 to recognise and acknowledge the essential contributions of select individuals and businesses dedicated to the pursuit of business continuity. The Hall of Fame honours companies and organisations that have made outstanding contributions to the business continuity field.

"For several years, EMC has been an industry leader in information storage and data protection. The company has led the way in the development of advanced storage technologies, operational strategies and thought leadership," states Paul Kirvan editor in chief of CPM.
