Crisis management: key themes for success
Steelhenge has published the first paper in a new series entitled, ‘Crisis management: key themes for success’.
The series is being written by founder and managing director of Steelhenge, Dominic Cockram, a seasoned crisis practitioner and Dr Claudia van den Heuvel, a specialist in the psychology of crisis management.
The papers are aimed at senior executives, providing a practical insight into building a successful crisis management capability. They highlight the difference between organizations that survive and prosper after a crisis and those that wither or even fail. What is different about this series is that it explores not only preventive and planning strategies but also the essential non-technical skills of crisis management about which little has been written but on which so much depends. The series looks at how to create a true crisis management capability based on experience.
The titles of the papers in the series are:
* The cornerstones of crisis management;
