 Vocal has been presented with the Emergency Planning Society’s ‘Most Innovative Product of the Year’. The presentation took place during the recent Emergency Planning Awards 2010 and Annual Conference Dinner in Glasgow. The award was given for its CaptureCall product.
The Emergency Planning Society said: "This product is designed to make it as easy as possible to keep an accurate mass communications capability in place. By making it possible for the users to administer their own entries in the messaging system, it overcomes the hurdle of accurate phone numbers. Keeping up to date records for the community around them is a major problem for many local authorities, COMAH operators and responders. CaptureCall takes that problem away."
Vocal have been recognised as innovators; winning and being shortlisted for innovation awards every year for the last four years.
