One constant refrain from business continuity managers is that business continuity software can be time-consuming to set-up and use. In addition, many BCMs only use a small proportion of the capabilities of their software. More complex, but often highly useful, aspects of business continuity software packages are left unwrapped due to the time that it takes to learn how to use them.
To address these common issues INONI has now launched a managed service for its best-selling business continuity software package, BCM Pro. Under the managed business continuity software service, the INONI team will initially setup the software and then according to each client’s preferences, populate it, import any pre-existing business continuity components, and manage some or all aspects of its operation. INONI will also provide ongoing help and advice to enable the client’s business continuity team to make the most of BCM Pro’s advanced features.
“As the developer, we know BCM Pro inside-out: so with the new managed service business continuity managers can get the most from the software without having to undergo extensive training. Basically we manage the software: and you use it,” explains INONI managing director John Robinson, FBCI.
“We know that business continuity managers are increasingly pressed for time and that recent economic pressures have added to this difficulty,” continued Mr. Robinson. “Using this service, clients should find the whole process time-saving rather than time-consuming.”
