| IBM issues fire-risk warning According to The Register, IBM and its Taiwanese supplier LiteOn Technology are recalling 63,000 15-inch monitors that could pose a potential fire-risk. The recall concerns G51 and G51t computer monitors manufactured by LiteOn and sold by IBM. The units were manufactured more than five years ago. A previous recall was issued earlier this year but the latest announcement extends this to monitors manufactured through to the end of September 1998.
