Continuity Software launches RecoverGuard version 5.0

Continuity Software, a provider of disaster recovery and high availability management solutions, has announced the general availability of RecoverGuard version 5.0, featuring additional functionality and enhancements in the areas of service level agreement (SLA) management, cluster support, the graphical user interface (GUI), disaster recovery and high availability risk detection, configuration management database systems integration, Microsoft Active Directory support and reporting capabilities.

Continuity Software says that RecoverGuard v5.0 ‘delivers a complete, end-to-end solution for validating and assuring both recovery point objectives and recovery time objectives thereby enabling customers to fully ensure business continuity.’

Configuration drift is one of the main areas that the upgrade aims to address.
