The Charities Special Interest Group at the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) has published a free guide for charities on ‘Embedding risk management at a time of need’ which can be downloaded from here.
The publication draws together the presentations and discussion exercises from a September 2009 meeting of the Group and includes an article on ‘The small charity guide to managing risk’ and a case study on ‘Embedding risk management in The Prince’s Trust’ coupled with feedback from the sessions at the event.
More information on risk management for charities can be found on the Charities Special Interest Group section of the IRM website.
