 The US CDC has made a number of pandemic planning tools available. Although aimed at hospital administrators and state and local health officials they may also prove helpful to business continuity managers.
The tools include:
* CommunityFlu 1.0
CommunityFlu is a software program that simulates the spread of influenza through a model community, and the impact of a variety of potential interventions.
* FluAid 2.0
FluAid is designed to assist state and local level planners in preparing for the next influenza pandemic by providing estimates of potential impacts specific to their locality.
