SunGard Availability Services has reported
that is has been managing around 100 client invocations as a result
of the North American power outages. These are being handled by
eight of SunGard’s North American recovery centres.
By 9.30 am UK time 40 percent of invocations
had been fully resolved with all services contracted by clients
in place.
A further 100 clients have placed SunGard on
standby.
