Edinburgh to get new business recovery centre

Get free weekly news by e-mail1st October 2009 sees the launch of Edinburgh Continuity a new business recovery centre located in Edinburgh city centre. The facility will offer up to 200 work-area recovery seats and aims to meet the needs of both SME’s and larger organizations, while “boasting lower costs, with simpler, more flexible contracts and payment options”.

Managing director, Mike Glaire, comments: “Whilst best practice says that every business should have disaster recovery plans in place, for many businesses it is now compulsory in order to fulfil legal, preferred supplier or insurance requirements. We have the IT, the communications and the support that businesses need to minimise any disruption, as well as space for up to 200 people in offices at the heart of the city for if and when you have to evacuate your own premises.”

Edinburgh Continuity caters for the SME with an all-inclusive package from £199 per person per year. And for organisations with more sophisticated IT or communications, a package can be tailor-made.

For further information, and an opportunity to view the facility, please contact Mike Glaire mglaire@edinburghcontinuity.com.
