Free seminar: August 18th at the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza, Chicago.

Building on the momentum of successful events in New York and Toronto, eBRP Solutions has added another ‘Incident Management – Shape of Things to Come’ free informational seminar, this time in Chicago on August 18th. The seminar will be held at the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza, beginning with breakfast at 8:30 am.

Seminar speakers include Terry Schade, SVP Corporate Resiliency at National City (now part of the PNC Financial Services Group) addressing best practices in building and managing an enterprise-wide BCM program, and Jim Byrom, Business Continuity Program Manager for the Internal Revenue Service, who will speak about IRS efforts to make their public organization ‘incident ready’.

In addition, eBRP experts will showcase a web-based decision-support and collaboration toolset for effective Incident Management.
