Get free weekly news by e-mailOn 18th June 2009 in London, experts in business continuity management will have the opportunity to discuss strategic challenges and future opportunities at an exclusive workshop of peers organised by the Business Continuity Institute.

Practitioners will be supported with expert contributions from a leading academic in organizational learning and resilience from Warwick Business School, a deputy director at the Civil Contingencies Secretariat, and a leading consultant from ‘Big Four’ advisory firm, Deloitte.

Collectively the group will identify the key issues for business continuity management as practitioners attempt to maintain the effectiveness of BCM programmes in the face of the current economic downturn. The group will look forward to identify BCM’s role in supporting strategic priorities for organizations as they emerge from recession into a period of recovery and growth.

The ‘BCM Leaders’ workshop is open to experienced business continuity management practitioners. For more details on the workshop please e-mail lucy.burns@thebci.org
