(RDSI), has entered into an agreement with Recovery Solutions, Inc. to provide an innovative turnkey technology mobile disaster recovery banking solution that incorporates sophisticated satellite technology for business continuity that is fully integrated with RDSI Banking Systems.

Using a nationwide fleet of mobile bank facilities, during a disaster Recovery Solutions will deliver a temporary bank fully equipped with essential banking technology. This includes: satellite communications service, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone system, file servers, PC workstations, banking and laser printers, image capture devices and portable power generators to restore RDSI clients' retail operations. Recovery Solution's LiveSite test program assures RDSI clients that their unique configuration will operate as planned should restoration be necessary.
