London Resilience publishes London Recovery Management Protocol Version 2

London Resilience has published a new version of the London Recovery Management Protocol. This document details the arrangements for multi-agency regional recovery coordination in London. It will be used by Strategic (GOLD) representatives of all agencies within the London Resilience Partnership who have a role to play in multi agency recovery management following an incident or emergency in London.

London Recovery Management Protocol Version 2 draws upon the recovery guidance created by the National Recovery Working Group.

Additionally, the protocol’s principles, guidance and annexes may provide options and structure to recovery management in smaller scale incidents that would not trigger multi agency regional coordination.

The protocol will be reviewed following any incidents or exercises where it has been activated.
