BC Management, Inc., has released its latest report into compensations for business continuity employees in the US.
The report ‘Business Continuity-USA 2007 Compensation Report’ is based on the results of almost 2,000 respondents to a survey which was supported by Continuity Central, amongst others.
The data in this report highlights full-time, permanent employees and compensations that represent average total compensation in 2006 and 2007. Total compensation includes base, bonuses and any commissions earned in 2006 and 2007. Other job-related benefits, such as stock options and profit sharing are not included.
