3n and SDI join forces to deliver complete crisis and incident management solution

3n (National Notification Network), the global mass notification system provider, and SDI Intelligent Solutions have worked in partnership to provide a crisis and incident management solution for the business continuity market. This combines 3n’s InstaCom System with SDI's Continuity NOW! solution.

Continuity NOW! is a highly collaborative command and control platform that links existing systems and devices used for situational awareness with technologies used for rapid communication and response. Continuity NOW! provides a holistic ‘360 degree’ view of all emergency response services while automating incident and event preparedness and response procedures.

The 3n InstaCom system can notify a designated group of individuals on any contact device in response to a Continuity NOW! trigger activation. The 3n system delivers real-time two-way communication so that the organization can make educated, timely decisions about the status of an event and respond quickly.

The combination of these two technologies allows organizations of any shape and size to conduct pre-event contingency planning, detect events when they occur and, automatically deliver critical information to key individuals, at any time, and wherever they are located on the planet.
