ICM Business Continuity Services appoints new Service Director

ICM Business Continuity Services Ltd, the UK Business Continuity specialist, has appointed John Mills as its new Service Director. John will complete the new Board structure at ICM which has recently merged with fellow specialist NDR, following its £110m acquisition by Phoenix IT Group in June 2007.

John, who takes on responsibility for all aspects of service delivery, joins ICM from Capgemini where for four years he held the post of Director of Enterprise Engagement (UK Datacentre & Production Services). He has over 30 years experience of working in the IT industry, 15 of which were at Board level. At Capgemini John had responsibility for the group’s 90,000sq ft of data centre space, involving both on and off-shore resources. Prior to this John held roles at Guardian IT as Operations Director of disaster recovery as well as a number of senior management posts within the IT sector.

John Mills will join ICM on February 1st 2008.
