As a result of questions raised during the 2006 Market Wide Exercise, the Tripartite Authorities worked with HP, IBM, ICM and SunGard, the UK’s four major recovery site providers, to develop a ‘Statement of Intent’ which describes how these companies will maintain their services during a pandemic and how they will assist their customers to better prepare.

The Tripartite Authorities are encouraging all HP, IBM, ICM and SunGard customers to examine their contracts to check that they have the cover that they need and to discuss with their provider any areas of uncertainty.
