Asia Business Continuity Awards: full results

The first-ever Asia Business Continuity Awards were presented last week at the Seventh Annual Business Continuity Management Conference in Singapore. With entries from Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Korea, Philippines and Australia, the awards recognised individuals and organizations that have excelled and significantly contributed to the growth of business continuity in Asia.

The award winners were:

Individual category:

• Business Continuity Manager of the Year: Angus A.Graham, Nestle GLOBE Center AOA

• Lifetime Achievement: Kenny P F Seow, Contingency Solutions

Business category:

• Business Continuity Provider of the Year (Recovery Site) : Singapore Computer Systems Limited (runners up were HP Singapore Pte Ltd and IBM Singapore Pte Ltd)

• Business Continuity Management Software of the Year:COOP Systems, Inc (runner up: Strohl Systems, Inc)

• Group Excellence in Business Continuity Management : DBS Bank Ltd (runner up: Singapore Telecommunications Ltd).
