National Recovery Guidance published by UK government

‘National Recovery Guidance’ a new online guide to emergency response and recovery has been published by the UK government.

Developed by The Communities and Local Government department in partnership with the Civil Contingencies Secretariat, the National Recovery Guidance consists of a recovery plan guidance template, detailed topic sheets covering various aspects of recovery, and case studies from incidents and exercises. It aims to provide a single point of reference to local responders dealing with the recovery phase of an emergency; but it also provides useful generic information for all business continuity planners.
