UK business continuity company NDR has been chosen as one of the finalists in the National Business Awards, organised by CMP Information. NDR will compete for the Cable & Wireless Award for Customer Focus 2007. The winner will be announced on Tuesday 13th November when the awards are presented at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
Entries for the award were judged on various aspects of the organisation, including the organisation’s values and philosophy, customer retention rates, customer management strategy, customer satisfaction measurement and how this drives innovations in performance.
