Strohl Systems adds pandemic planning module to PLANet software tool

Strohl has announced the release of a new pandemic planning module, which will be available by the end of September, for its PLANet software tool. The pandemic planning module will include detailed procedures for building a successful pandemic recovery plan. PLANet, a comprehensive Web-based business continuity planning tool built specifically for community financial institutions, has over 1,100 clients currently using the system.

To support the above launch, Strohl is to run a pandemic planning webinar on September 12. This will explore how financial institutions can best prepare for a pandemic outbreak, discussing how to set strategies to appropriately address a pandemic outbreak and discovering key items that should be included in business continuity plans to ensure the ability to manage through a long-term disruption.
