AllAfrica.com has reported that IBM has opened a new R110m business continuity centre in Randburg. The recovery centre has dual power supplies, high capacity generators, uninterrupted power supply systems and a resilient telecoms infrastructure.
The facility can provide up to 900 work-area recovery seats. These include specialist services for call centre agents and financial dealers.
