Continuity Forum UK business continuity salary survey report

Get free weekly news by e-mailContinuity Forum has published the results of its 2006 Business Continuity Salary Survey. This questioned nearly 1400 business continuity professionals on their current salary and earnings.

Overall, business continuity salaries have continued to rise. The 2006 survey saw an increase in private sector salaries by 6.4 percent and by 1.2 percent in the public sector. Banking, finance and insurance companies led the way, with an 8.7 percent salary increase in this vertical sector.

The average salary for an employed business continuity professional is now £45,552. Self employed consultants or contractors fared substantially better with annual remuneration approaching £84,000.
