The Neverfail Group has announced the appointment of Peter Parker as its new group chief executive officer. In addition, Parker will become a member of the Neverfail board of directors.
Parker succeeds Neil Robertson, who has decided to leave after guiding the company through a successful major expansion which led to significant growth worldwide in the last four years. Dave French will remain as Neverfail’s CEO of the Americas.
With more than 25 years experience in executive and operational positions with software companies, Parker brings a wealth of knowledge and experience working with successful, high-growth organisations. Parker most recently served as senior VP and chief operating officer for a startup company and has held a variety of executive positions with KVS, VERITAS and Symantec.
“Peter has a significant technology background in both operations and sales and is definitely ready to lead Neverfail’s continued growth and expansion,” said Karen Slatford, Neverfail’s chairman of the board. “Peter’s executive leadership has consistently brought growth to technology companies both large and small. I am confident that Peter will build upon the success that the company has enjoyed recently.”
“My objective was to transform Neverfail from a UK disaster recovery consulting organisation into a US software company with a global reach. With revenues and our channel program rapidly accelerating, my mission is accomplished,” said Robertson.
“Neverfail’s tremendous growth and potential provides an exciting opportunity,” said Parker. “I look forward to further expanding our footprint in the global high availability and disaster recovery market, driving development of additional product offerings and further extending our impressive and thriving partner network.”
