and its regulators, this conference will examine the lessons from
recent food safety crises and how government and industry should
best communicate with the public when a new crisis hits the headlines.
Hosted by the European Commission the main
aim of the conference is to explore and discuss the most appropriate
ways of communicating scientific advice to the public during times
of crisis.
