Lakeview’s Information Availability Institute and IBM are running a series of free half-day workshops in various countries looking at data protection and IT downtime issues. Each workshop will: discuss how the information availability continuum affects the business process; explain how the costs and consequences of business downtime can be measured; and how to set and achieve availability objectives.
Participants also will ‘learn how to calculate business resilience ROI, as well as develop and implement a business resiliency plan’.
