“It’s a home away from home where companies can send personnel to deal with recovery, using real-time backup redundant data to maintain critical business operations and thereby prevent loss of revenue,” said Mark Hansen, chief technology officer for MarquisNet.

“Client employees have available to them 125 state-of-the-art workstations equipped with soft Voice over Internet Protocol telephones, brand-new computers, and familiar software programs,” Hansen said. “They also enjoy comfortable break rooms, electronic timecard features, and all the standard amenities. In addition, the center’s automatic call distribution software provides incoming and outbound statistics for supervisors to track performance.”

The Disaster Recovery Service Center has been built in an Internet and IT data center already owned and operated by MarquisNet.
