Revive BCM Toolkit version 7.4 released

Get free weekly news by e-mailVersion 7.4 of the Revive BCM Toolkit was officially released in Melbourne, Australia late last week. The release features a number of significant upgrades to the software. These include:

- Status reporting improvements;
- Enhanced risk management reports and enhanced security features;
- Recovery Point Objective (RPO) for business resources;
- Quantitative impact category weightings;
- Export emergency response team structure and organisation structure to MS-Visio.

These latest upgrades are based on requests from the Revive User Group. The group, meets every six months to discuss the Revive BCM software. It consists of organisations that currently use the Revive BCM Toolkit to manage their business continuity capability and include organisations across all sectors: including Village Roadshow, Ergon Energy, Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (000) (Victoria), The Department for Primary Industries (Victoria), Victoria Police, Knight Frank Australia, Burnett Institute, Motorola, Department of Justice - Consumer Affairs Victoria .

Revive continues to grow its market share in Australia through its partner network and the software has recently been sold to overseas clients in China, Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean.
