New ‘Array Business Continuity Flex Plan’ aims to help companies deal with emergency surges in remote access

Get free weekly news by e-mailUsing telework as a business continuity strategy means that employees need to be able to access business critical applications and resources on the corporate network at all times. However, during a disaster increasing numbers of staff trying to access corporate networks remotely can create its own problems. A new solution from Array Networks seeks to address this issue.

‘Array Business Continuity Flex Plan’ has been specifically designed to provide rapid scalability of the number of remote users who can access corporate resources, up to the maximum capacities of the system. The Array Business Continuity Flex Plan can be activated anytime for a modest fee, and the customer only pays a usage fee if and when additional users access the system. For example, a surge of 1,000 concurrent users would result in a monthly charge of less than $10 per employee. Employees can be provided with immediate secure access from any location to any network resource or application (i.e. universal secured access) using any device that is equipped with a browser.
