Gemini Systems has announced the release of The Gemini Resilience Workplace (GRW) version 2.0, a business continuity and resilience program management system. GRW provides business continuity program management, incident management and a proven technology platform that gives organizations the ability to leverage existing processes and systems alongside business continuity, communications and collaboration tools.
GRW automates business process execution according to contingency plans and enables communication and collaboration between employees, customers and suppliers, so organizations and their people have everything they need to be ready for any type of business disruption.
Commenting on the release, Simon Leung, President and CEO, Gemini Systems, stated, "As the importance has grown for companies to become flexible and adaptable enough to maintain business during the inevitable business disruptions that will occur, we saw a need to help evolve business continuity programs to a new and more effective level by developing the Gemini Resilience Workplace."
Mr. Leung continued, "GRW not only allows companies to automate their continuity and resiliency programs, it integrates business continuity programs into organizations, providing companies with the flexibility to absorb virtually any disruption as the resulting business resilience improves the everyday performance of employees and the company overall."
GRW 2.0, which is available immediately, provides companies with a single point of access for information, applications and processes for all organizational levels.
GRW also provides companies with the option to establish repeatable testing and verification procedures for multiple scenarios so that people can become accustomed to the process and comfortable at handling potentially disruptive events.
Mr. Leung added, "When we designed GRW, the primary goal was to provide companies with speed to normalcy, that is give them the ability to get back to business as normal. GRW helps organizations achieve that by bringing their business continuity programs to life, reducing organizational stress and giving them a platform to outperform other organizations during duress."
