Meeting the needs of enterprises to communicate quickly during an emergency, MessageOne has announced that its AlertFind emergency notification and escalation service is the first to offer telephone hotline services and incident management capabilities.
In an emergency or disaster, AlertFind allows companies to reach out to employees, customers and other constituencies to deliver important messages by automatic send out of emergency alerts to designated individuals using each person’s preferred method of communication.

This greatly facilitates reporting, data collection, and creating templates for end-to-end management of complex incidents.
