Congressional Hazards Caucus Alliance briefed on the ‘benefits of mitigation’

Assessing the costs and benefits of mitigation has always posed problems because information is often anecdotal. As part of a longer term project to gain more information on this area, the Congressional Hazards Caucus Alliance session heard from various speakers on the subject.
