Management changes at ICM

Mike Osborne steps up to become managing director - business continuity. He has been in the industry for 20 years and with ICM for 14 years, most recently as operations director for Recovery Services. He plans to use his extensive knowledge of the market place to maintain and further ICM's position as a driving force in the business continuity industry.

Mike Osborne joined the ICM group following its acquisition of TEAM Recovery in 1992 and six years later, formed part of the management team which took ICM to a full stock market listing and PLC status. He has been instrumental in developing the company's business continuity division and has played a key role in taking business continuity to the regions by developing ICM's UK network of interlinked recovery centres.

Mick Williams takes on the role of UK sales director for business continuity, responsible for coordinating the division's sales teams across the UK. Mick is well known and respected in the industry having been sales director for many years at Schlumberger Recovery Services.

Richard Thornton has joined ICM after nearly a decade at Sungard Availability Services, as city sales manager focusing on financial and insurance markets.
