R.R. Donnelley acquires Critical Mail Continuity Services Limited

US-based R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD) has announced that it has acquired Critical Mail Continuity Services Limited (CMCS), a privately-owned UK company offering print and mail business continuity services.

"The addition of this superb facility enhances our business process outsourcing capabilities," said Dean E. Cherry, group president, Integrated Print Solutions, RRD. "Adding this new resource expands our service offering to UK and European customers."

The 32,000 square foot CMCS facility, located in Droitwich, England, will be operated as part of Astron, an RR Donnelley company.
