The Center for Continuity Leadership has announced that it has developed two advanced level continuity workshops directed toward the seasoned business continuity planner.
These workshops target the two most common problems faced by every business continuity planner; one, the overwhelming failure of our industry to obtain buy in, ownership and participation of stakeholders; and two, communicating the value of business continuity planning to their organisations.
The first of two advanced level workshops, ‘Continuity Leadership’ will open the door to greater possibilities when effectively communicating with senior leaders and stakeholders. Emphasising executive language and their concerns, Continuity Leadership coaches’ practitioners to present with clarity and distinction the measurable value that business continuity contributes to the organisation.
‘Essential Continuity’, the second of the series, focuses on identifying, delivering and communicating a value driven business continuity program.
