SunGard Availability Services launches new Managed Services Portal

The Managed Services Portal enables SunGard Availability Services’ managed services customers to view, in real-time, key information regarding their infrastructure performance - including monitoring, reporting, notification and escalation information.

The portal is best-suited for organisations that wish to maintain systems control, but may not have sufficient resources to build an internal monitoring infrastructure.  Key customer benefits include 24/7 monitoring and reporting for services delivered, access to expert technical resources and performance reports, and security and confidence in the knowledge that systems and services are proactively managed to help ensure optimal performance.

The portal is available immediately and is offered at no additional charge to all the company’s managed services customers.
