BCI announces revised Academic Syllabus for business continuity courses

Get free weekly news by e-mailIn response to the growing demand from universities and business schools for guidance on the content of modules and courses on business continuity management, the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) has revised its Academic Syllabus to reflect current guidance and standards. The syllabus is intended to be applicable in all regions of the world.

The syllabus suggests the content and scope of three levels of business continuity courses of varying duration. It is envisaged that the Business Continuity Institute will endorse courses that conform to this syllabus, though the procedure to confirm this has yet to be finalised.

The BCI would be grateful if educational establishments who are interested in developing business continuity management courses or modules would register this with the BCI on info@thebci.org and indicate whether additional support from the BCI would be useful.
