Survive's next Crisis Management special interest group (SIG) workshop will focus on what represents good practice in looking after the best interests of employees in the event of an incident.
The workshop, to take place on Thursday 23rd June, will focus on 'accounting for staff'. Delegates will look at developing appropriate policies and procedures for managing and communicating with employees in the aftermath of a crisis or disaster.
The workshop will also include a first-hand report on Atlantic Blue / TOPOFF 3 the major UK/US/Canadian exercise that was held recently.
Lastly, the workshop will consider what the possible effects of Avian Flu could mean for companies. Delegates will look at how they could or should prepare and how their company would respond if a significant number of their employees, or their families, became seriously unwell.
