The Association of Contingency Planners (ACP), the US-based organisation for professionals in the field of business continuity planning, has announced the launch of its newest chapter - in New Jersey.
The ‘Garden State Chapter’ will immediately begin providing networking, educational, and professional development services to the rapidly growing number of business continuity professionals in central and northern New Jersey.
Al Rennick, newly elected Garden State Chapter President and charter member, stated "I am very pleased with the outpouring of support from our charter members. I intend to capitalise on our expertise to support our membership in their growth as well as reach out to our local communities to provide emergency response and business continuity planning assistance."
"We are excited to have a chapter that strengthens our presence in the northeast and provides service to professionals in the New Jersey, New York City and lower Connecticut areas," said Jim Crosson, ACP Corporate Chapter Services Director.
