The Bank of International Settlements has published the transcript of a speech given by Donald L Kohn, member of the Board of Governors of the US Federal Reserve System, at the recent Wharton/Sloan/Mercer Oliver Wyman Institute ‘Financial Risk Management in Practice’ conference.
